Malam

Di tengah malam yang senyap
Ku terdiam tanpa kata
Dengung suara malam di kejauhan
Menemani pikiran yang jauh berkelana

Mimpi ...
Tolong datanglah padaku
Temani aku dalam malamku
Mengusir sepi yang tak bertepi

Namun semua hanyalah khayalan
Bahkan mimpipun enggan menghampiri
Seakan tidak sudi untuk menyapa
Memalingkan muka seakan tak peduli

Harus pada siapa ku mengadu
Mengurai beban jiwa
Mencari pelipur lara

Siapakah yang dapat mendengarkan
Jeritan pilu jiwa yang tak tertahankan

Hari ini
Seperti hari kemarin
Berulang ulang kembali
Seakan tak pernah bosan utk mencaci

Kapankah ini berakhir
Seperti di naskah naskah klasik
Saat tokoh jahat menyadari kesalahan
Saat pahlawan datang menumpas kejahatan

Apakah dimana mana semua sama
Yang berkuasa menindas yang tak berdaya
Kapankah ada keadilan di sana
Saat kesemena menaan hilang

Saat datang seorang pencerah
Membawa angin perubahan
Menyambung lidah jiwa yang terdiam bisu
Meneriakkan ratapan ratapan hati

Oh tegarlah
Tunggulah dengan sabar
Pasti akan datang saatnya
Saat semuanya kembali pada tempatnya

daftar cita - cita



Saat aku berumur 7 tahun aku berpikir ingin menjadi seorang dokter.
Cita cita umum seorang anak berumur 7 tahun.
Seiring berjalannya waktu saat aku berumur 15 tahun cita citaku berubah menjadi seorang seorang psikolog.
Karna aku merasa aku lebih cocok menjadi seorang psikolog dari pada seorang dokter.
Cita citaku diumur 17 tahun kembali berubah menjadi seorang pekerja kantoran biasa  dan aku menyadari bahwa semakin bertambahnya umur seseorang menjadi semakin realistis dan  bisa bertoleransi pada keadaan sekitar.
Kini diusiaku yang ke 28 cita citaku semakin sederhana memiliki keluarga yang saling menyayangi dan menerima kita apa adanya.

Management Stress

Stress is our body experience as we adjust to our continually changing environment. Its emotional effect on us and can created positive and negative feeling. Positive influence, stress can result in new awareness and exciting new prospective. Negative influence, it can result in feeling of distrust, rejection, and anger. it can make a health problem such us insomnia, heart disease, stroke, etc.
In here we want to make stress more better are:
  • Become aware of your stress and your emotional and physical reaction
    Notice your distress, don't ignore it. Determine what event distress you. What are you telling your self about meaning of this event. Determine how your body response this stress
  • Recognize what you can change
    Can you change your stress by eliminating them completely?Ccan you can reduce their intensity (manage them over period time instead of on daily or weekly basis)? Can you devote time and energy necessary to making change (time management technical, goal setting, delay gratification strategy) may be it can help you n here
  • Reduce the intensity of your emotional reaction to stress
    Are you viewing your stress by talking difficult situation and make it disaster? If yes, try to see the stress is something you can cope with rather then something that over power you. Try to temper your access emotion. Put this situation on this perspective. Don't labor on negative aspect.
  • Learn to moderate your physical reaction to stress
    Slow deep breathing will bring you heart rate and respiration rate back to normal. Relaxations technical can reduce muscle tension
  • Build your physical reserves
    Exercise for cardiovascular fitness 3 or 4 time a week. Rhythmic exercise is the best such us walking, swimming. Eat well to balance nutrition meals. Maintain your ideal weight. Avoid nicotine, caffeine, and other stimulant. Mix leisure with work, take break and get away when you can. Get enough sleep, be consistent with your sleep schedule.
  • Maintain your emotional reserve.
    Develop some actually supportive friendship/ relationship. Pursue realistic goal which are meaningful to you rather than goal other have for you that you don't share. Expect some frustration , failure and sorrow. Always be kind and gentle with your self- be a friend to your self.

16 Methods for Getting Free Advertising

1. Place copies of your circular on bulletin boards throughout your community, such as in coin-operated laundries, grocery stores, barber shops, etc. Concentrate of Fridays and Saturdays when shopping increases.
2. Check with local newspapers. Before going to press, many smaller newspapers have space left that needs filling.. Your ad may be just the right size to occupy this unfilled space and they will run it free.
3. Place your circulars on windshields of parked autos, Youngsters will be happy to do this for you for a dollar or two. Check first with city ordinances to see if this is permitted in your locality.
4. Leave sales literature on doorsteps of homes & businesses in your area. Do this on weekends in residential areas; weekdays for businesses.
5. Have your best pulling 1 inch or 2 inch ad made into a rubber stamp. Stamp this on envelopes of all of your outgoing mail.. Check rubber stamp dealer's ads in current mail order publications for price information.
6. When you have envelopes printed with your return address, have them also print your best ad directly beneath your address. It costs noting additional to have this printed on the front of your envelopes.
7. If you publish a mail order magazine, newspaper, adsheet, etc., contact other publishers, If your circulation is equal to theirs, many will be happy to exchange an equal amount of ad space with you.
8. Many publishers will give you free adspace for mailing a few copies of their publication. Simply write to them and ask if they will give you a free 1 inch ad in exchange for mailing 50 to 100 copies of their pub.
9. Write informative articles for mail order trade publication. Most publishers will give you free ad space for the use of your article.
10. Take advantage of advertising specials. Many publishers offer ads on a 3-for-the- price- of -2- basis, or 4-for-the-price-of-3, etc. This saving is the same as getting one ad free of charge.
11. Some publishers offer a free classified ad with your first display ad. Watch for such specials. Use the free ad and pocket the savings.
12. When starting a new publication, many publishers will offer reduced ad rates to help fill space. Watch for ads regarding such offers.
13. In your ads, request a SASE. Then insert some of your other offers in regular outgoing mail. This is the same as getting free advertising.
14. Become a mailer. Get your printer's lowest price for printing circulars on both sides of the sheet. Contact other dealers and state you will print and mail their circulars for this price with no conflicting ads on the back. Then print your circulars on the reverse and distribute them with your outgoing mail. There is no extra cost for postage and envelopes, and your side of the circular is paid for by your customers.
15. Offer a free commission circulars. Print one of your regular offers on one side; a commission offer on the reverse, leaving space where the mailer can rubber stamp his name & address, Your offer gets a free ride.
16. If you use a postage meter machine, use the ad space directly left of stamp imprint for a free message.
